Welcome! I have a lot of time for people with technological know-how - and clearly, since you followed one of my QR codes, you are one of these people. Let me tell you a little more about my work, life, objectives and passions in the hope that we can further our connection.

My life in a vignette:

Born in Oxford, England, now a proud permanent resident of Rochester with an English wife (also a professor) and a young daughter who – at birth – realized a long held dream of mine - to become a dual citizen of both the US and UK. I am an Associate Professor of Marketing at one of the worlds smallest top 100 Business Schools (Princeton Review, Business Week top 100 Business Schools). I am also the Area Leader for Marketing of our faculty.

My passions include;

• Terra forming the modern classroom, creating memorable and meaningful experiences as an award winning educator
• Providing leading edge consulting services in the area of digital marketing and providing these services pro bono to causes that are meaningful to me personally
• Playing a small part in mission control for the launch of many an exceptional young working professional
• Writing and researching in the fields of social media, relationship marketing, and customer experience
• Helping people – period.
• Perfecting my craft as a home brewer

My objective in life;

To continue to create, feel, experience and appreciate value in all that I do – in research, teaching, and consulting.
