TV Adverts update

An update on the state of television advertising which I found interesting.

    With the introduction of the iTunes video store, a lot of television networks should definitely rethink the way the they advertise. If they can charge $1.99 for a show and keep most of the profits, why bother with traditional advertising at all? Keep it ad free or at least target the ads to the audience of the show so that people won’t mind them as much. Have an ad while it downloads or something and thats it.
